We are delighted to offer our customers a 14 working days returns policy - some terms and conditions apply. Your Statutory Rights are not affected by this policy.

1. In the event that you decide to return the goods to us, for whatever reason other than faulty goods, then you have 14 days in which to return the goods to us in the condition it was delivered to you and unused.

1.1 All returns should be sent by a trackable method as Local Tool Sales can not accept any liability for goods until they arrive at our premises and are signed for.

1.2 All returns made under clause 1 of this policy are subject to the return postage being paid for by the consumer.

1.3 You will then be refunded within 14 days in accordance with our terms and conditions.

1.4 This clause is only applicable to consumers and not a business. If the invoice is addressed to a company name, even if a sole trader, then that person is considered to be purchasing in the course of a business for the purpose of these terms.

2 In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product then the following terms apply

2.1 We will collect the item and return to you the repaired item or a replacement or

2.1.1 We will collect the item and refund you in full.

Customers are welcome to return unwanted items to us within 14 days as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Customers must notify us by email or phone within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note that customers are responsible for the return costs of unwanted items.

Please note under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14 day cooling off period to inform us of your intent to return for which you shall be liable for the return costs. ​

All goods are covered by a 14 day no quibble returns guarantee. Return goods within 14 days for a refund in original packaging un-used. All faulty goods are covered by manufacturers guarantee and will be refunded in full. Goods damaged in transit by carriers must be informed to us within 48 hrs and couriers delivery note must be signed and noted as damaged.this is to protect yourselves.
